How does settlement happen?
There is no reception in the Guest rooms of Kon-tiki. The administrator greets each guest personally and is in touch the rest of the time. For this reason, it is advisable to inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time .
If you arrived earlier than the time of check-in, we will offer to leave your luggage or check in immediately if possible. Guaranteed early check-in is paid extra in the amount of 50% of the cost of the day of your reservation and gives the right to check in at any convenient time from 8:00.
Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel does not have its own parking, but in our enclosed courtyard you can park the car on an empty spot. In this case, be sure to make a request - the number of parking spaces is limited.
You can park your car in the surrounding streets. There are also several paid parking lots nearby.
What are the possible payment methods?
What is the difference between hotel rooms?
The filling and the set of services of all hotel rooms is identical. The difference lies in the floor of the location, the size of the room and the number of guests that can accommodate.
Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes of course. The hotel has luggage storage space. You can leave things before check-in or after check-out and return after them, specifying a convenient time

The entrance to the Guest Rooms is from the courtyard, which can be reached from Nekrasov Street.
You will receive a code to enter the front door after completing your reservation.
Going up to house number 8 on Nekrasova Street, this is a building adjacent to the Bolshoi Puppet Theater - you will see the arch, it is open, after the arch turn right right - you will see a dark brown door.
This is the entrance to our front door, on the mezzanine floor, our Kon-Tiki.
